Submit tenders

On October 16, 2023, the new online procurement platform, auftrag.at-Vergabe, was launched by auftrag.at.

It will replace the well-known online platforms lieferanzeiger.at for public contracting authorities and auftrag.at-eTendering for companies participating in tenders.

Currently, both procurement platforms are operating in parallel. If your company is participating in a tender conducted on one of auftrag.at’s two platforms, during this parallel operation, you should ensure that you use the correct platform and submit your participation request or offer for the tender on the respective platform.

Usage/Submission on auftrag.at-Vergabe: vergabe.auftrag.at/unternehmen

If the tender your company wishes to participate in is conducted under the URL vergabe.auftrag.at, please log in to our new procurement platform, auftrag.at-Vergabe, at vergabe.auftrag.at/unternehmen. If you don’t have a user account yet, you can register there for free.

If the tender your company wishes to participate in is conducted under the URL auftrag.at/default.aspx, please log in to our legacy procurement platform, auftrag.at-eTendering, at auftrag.at/default.aspx. If you don’t have a user account yet, you can register there for free.
